What is this business simulation about?

Compete with a marketing mind. Two range of cars, two customer profiles
Customer Value Challenge by MEGA Learning is a fast-paced yet complete business game in which participants will learn to execute a business strategy, with the aim to optimize profitability - while fostering social and environmental sustainability.
Grouped in teams of up to 4, participants will take over an existing company operating two separate product lines - a low-cost and a premium car range - and competing against similar organizations.
Both product lines target separate customer groups, each having different sensitivities to the elements of the value proposition. Playing over 3 to 4 rounds, participants will make decisions in terms of marketing and engineering elements, pricing, production capacity, funding and more.
All companies start equal, but new market situations will be generated based on teams' decisions and the game algorithm.
